Dear Chocolate Girl, I know it’s 5 years since you wrote this. I have just nad my horse diagnosed with enlargement of the facet joint at C5/6. All the same symptoms as yours, I’m clutching at straws to find a way forward. Would be very interested to know how it worked out for you please.

My mare had sarcoid below her eye ( tear duct area ) initially tied off with suture thread, nothing much happened for a month, then had elastic band clamped on ( by vet ) came off next day, soon followed by sarcoid. Risk - minimal , cost - very little. Successful - yes
