I have tried the neue schule universal, and loved it I found the Jeffries precision bit and it is exactly the same I cannot find any difference in it at all, and it's only £25!! :)

There is nothing wrong with cobs! They are fab, mine does everything up to about a metre! Make sure you speak to your riding instructor as they will be able to help you decide whats the best choice for you

I personally don't like PE rugs, they are so heavy when they are wet and take an age to dry, I also find them quite pricy when you compare them to Rambo/Rhino etc. If you do get them though go down a size the horse normally takes as they come up big :)

I spoil my horse by having 2 lessons a week getting him to work properly and teaching him lots of things. He doesn't care what colour saddle cloth he has on only that it fits him and its comfortable A treat in his eyes would be going XC!
