Hi, has any one else had problems receiving orders from Valley view animal feeds ? i have always had great service from them in the past, but not this time. Money debited to them from Paypal on the 28/12/14. No reply on the phone and only automated email response !

Is a horses passport proof of ownership ? i have been told i can be fined up to £5000 because i have not sent it away yet to have my details added. The last owners details are not on it either, also does it differ between Scotland and the rest of the country.
