What is everyone's opinion of trotting on roads? Some people have told me it's fine, but others have said not to. I just wanted to know how much damage it actually does. I've never experienced any problems with it but I just wanted to check. Thanks! :)

My horses back is quite dipped and he is 18 too, it's nothing to be worried about and I think he has been like that his whole life. Only buy her an older horse feed if she is losing weight or if her condition isn't that great.

I use a kineton noseband for my hunter, it seems to work really well for him. You need to make sure you fit it properly though for it to work but there are probably photos on the internet. It is really good at keeping horses heads down, I think it would be worth you trying it. It puts pressure...

When is the right time to clip my horses so that the summer coat will grow through nicely? My horses aren't very good at loosing their winter coat! Also when you are doing a competition clip in the summer what length blade do you use? Thanks!
