I have recently purchased a new horse, whose feet are awful, really dry & cracked. So far the longest he has keep his shoes on for is 10 days! :( Obviously each time he pulls one, he damages the hoof even more. I hope to do a bit of eventing in the summer with him but I can't see him keeping...
