Looking for a good yard with good facilities near to hythe, Kent . Must be teenage friendly! For experienced competition family. 16hh sports horse.

Our pony has been diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the lower hock in both hind limbs. At a mild to moderate stage. He is 6 years old. Realistically what are the chances of our lovely pony being able to have a competition career ahead of him with injections to help manage the arthritis. Or...

The shame of it is the pony was at such a high level in his discipline that a few people must have known about it. Upon collecting pony from vets they have now said both back legs are severe suspensory damage and would both need operating on to see if it helps before he can be ridden again...
