Does anyone know of any xc courses with fences no more than 2' 5" (if the fences are not optional) in the west midlands?

I live in the West Midlands, Wolverhampton but on the border of South staffs, does this help?

I was wondering how much on average a 14.2hh pony would cost to keep where the pony is turned out, fed, watered etc. (food and bedding included) and I ride the horse most days and clean the tack etc. per week? Also how much is working livery on average per week? I need to work out if I can...
