it was described as a poll fracture but obviously without information from former owners vet I don't & wont know anymore of the extent of the injury. basically horse went head first at the floor in canter and it didn't look pretty... my vet said he'd never come across a poll fracture but didn't...

has any one had experience of a horse that has had a fractured poll?? recovery, any complications etc??? recently bought what I was lead to believe was a sound healthy horse but a couple of days later was alerted to the fact the horse had sustained several cuts and scrapes to it's legs and face...
