Vet practice were ok to do it and firmly said they would be acting for me as their client. But I just checked with a solicitor and they said better to be safe than sorry and use someone else. So that's what I'll do.

Potentially buying a horse from somewhere miles away. Seller has suggested using her practice but a vet who hasn't seen the horse before. Thoughts?
