I've been plucking up the courage to make a report so here goes...
Only entered on the Monday before as it would be my first proper attempt at PN. Luckily they fitted me in in return of the offer to steward on Sunday! Got up very early as I was on at 8am!!! Luckily I only had a few miles to go...
Yeah, walked the SJ and XC earlier. SJ is fine - up to height with a few wider oxers and some tight turns but fair. XC isn't much different to normal - big hedges, palisades, steps down and a step up before water. Corner but with an alternative. Big and bold. Ground is fabulous.
Thanks Kerilli. It's nice to know that there are people out there willing to raise concerns and speak on our behalf - I just get all hot and sweaty and start stumbling over my words. Wouldn't think I'm a teacher would you?! Lol! The intro fence I'm talking about came round behind the PN/ N ditch...
Ha ha! Would I know you? I live nearby too but away for a couple of days but back tonight to get ready for Saturday! First PN and I love Tetton! I really do hope it runs - nice to have the updates til I'm back later.

Hello! Was lovely to see you - we had a mixed day but still ended up 11th in my section! I wasn't too keen on the design of the xc course (albeit beautifully built ). It was lovely for first 8 or so fences, then from 9 onwards was very twisty turny and a lot came up at once which I felt for...
At the top of my list would be the right attitude. It would probably then be willingness to do the required job and a trier. Scope and paces, followed by conformation. There would be a lot of other things but I would say they would be my priorities. Good looking is a bonus but that may go hand...
Didn't compete but was there yesterday and today. I didn't like the look of the PN either - very big and very techinical IMHO! It definitely won't be on my list of PN's to do!
If you jumped from a standstill then your horse has pbviously come to a grinding halt in front of the fence. I probably would've given you 20pens if I had been fence judging too. As for your comment about fence judge standing too close to fence - sounds like you're looking for someone to blame...
