Just to point out, hoofcare is from a barefoot podiatrist. I don't know much on it as I've always been happy with the farrier out to trim my horses that are not shod. Not sure if this affects opinions or not so thought I'd mention.
I'm not so won over on the whole labelling KP as a bad rider because she purchased a pre-made horse.
I know people that are great with youngsters, but if I asked them to ride high level dressage movements on a well schooled horse, I'd get a slightly confused face in return.

I think they're very willing to work with you and are fast learners, so it will be important everything you do makes sense as if they can't justify it, they won't be fooled :) it's a good thing, honest !
