Part 2-Section 9 of Horse Passports

sorry if this is repeating anyone else...... With the recent horse meat scandal and abattoirs being raided, we are now being urged to make sure we have signed the 'not for human consumption' section in our horses passports. My vet has recently refused to treat my horse with Bute, meaning i...

EXACTLY this happened to my gelding. 100% to hack and very laid back, so i thought hed be fab hunting. OH NOOOOOO blew his head, since then hes a swine for spooking out hacking, spins etc but i can handle him. When he sees a horse in the distance, he goes mental! Gradually he is...

    Monoflaps....

Can anyone enlighten me to how they are 'meant' to ride? Today i have tried the Black Country Vinici (bearing in mind ive come from a K2 jump) and found that i felt loose or not secure? Is it just me not being used to the closeness of the single flap or do monoflaps take getting used to...

    Bishop Burton

Check BDWP the event is still on but they are reviewing at 7am which is rubbish for me as I'll be there by then! I've just this minute finished walking the course ( in the dark!) and it's sodden . Put it this way, if they decide to run I'll be withdrawing!

    Sykehouse Arena, Doncaster

ETA: Its a bit of a pain to reach. You are best leaving the A1 at Barnsdale bar>thru askern and the thru Moss. The roads are small and very windy for a long period, but ive seen a few big boxes there.

    Stressed, excitable before dressage....Advice please!

Ink has now done 5 BE100's in his first season and produced 5 DC's!!!!!!!! But the annoying, heartbreaking thing is that the dressage winds him up unbelievably. He goes extremely short in the neck, tense, exaggerating leg aids (walk to canter on the spot) and his veins pop out of his neck...
