Can I ask a very stupid question about fitting double bridles.
My horse has used one for showing for years and so I have had quite a lot of practice using one.
However I have my BHS Stage 3 exam next week in which we have to fit a double and now suddenly I feel like I have never done...

Sounds to me like Si problems and possibly PSD, it might be worth getting an extra pair of eyes in. My first vet diagnosed DJD in hock and wanted to fuse. I didnt agree but they were adamant. So got another vet who diagnosed PSD. So go with whatever your gut says

The bones are all in good positions and in balance, just need a little remedial shoeing to support heels and take off some toe. So not too bad, phew!
