Ditto! Half the things I looked at were nothing like the pics. One was an RSPCA case. And the one I did buy...am now selling as they were ever so slightly economical with the truth.

Yup I'd view providing it wasn't miles away. As the others have said often the home is really important to the seller so if they liked you they would probably discuss price - within reason. Good luck
