Thanks for the advice! The blades are Heinenger originals, so should be ok, and the new set I had to buy are working fine, so fairly confident it's not the clippers (or operator error!)
Just frustrating to have them returned twice and both times more blunt than when they went...

Thanks for your comments, however, the clippers are still working beautifully with the new set of blades i had to buy whilst the others are out of action!! I believe they were serviced just before i had them, but will certainly have a closer look at them and make sure they're hunky dory...
Has anyone else had problems with online companies offering blade sharpening? I've sent three sets back twice to UK Clippers and both times they have all come back blunt. They are refusing to admit that there is a problem with their service, and have had the cheek to suggest that I should send...
