I've had a Sureflap for nearly 4 years in this house and 6 in the previous. Very happy with how they worked. Before being installed into a new door here, it was installed into a window, is that an option for you and the cats? A new glazing panel with bespoke hole ordered?

What is his outside access like? How often are the trays cleaned? I've had problems this year with several cats weeing in places they shouldn't - I have binned countless umbrellas, crinkly tunnels, washed the Lego in the shower after someone used the Lego box! Mostly now sorted by cleaning out...

Mine climbs over the spider plant pots so much they die quicker than they grow 😂

I moved 180 miles a few years back. Essential to have someone at one end to load the horses and someone at the other end to unload but other than that fairly straightforward.

My teenies live out all year round in a huge field. Yes, they are too fat at the moment but they'll lose it over the winter in quite a natural way so I'm not overly worried.

Aww! My tortoise has been loving being outside in the hot weather we've had. It's only 2 so mostly still indoors. Oddly the cats aren't terribly interested in it, I've concluded that reptiles don't smell like food 🤣
