That's what ours is- sorry I didn't explain it very well. We put one on top to stop wind sucking and one half way down for escape artists and scratchers. What a lovely herd I have 🙄

We added a wire about half way down through insulators put the electric on that. They can't push through it and it gives a better zap than the tape/rope. We had a wee tank of a pony with sweetitch that used to rub on the fence like a cow and a youngster that used to pop or barge through the tape...
