    Hoof crack......Abscess....? Help

I am not sure whether to give the farrier a chance as he only been out a few times to trim and the last was to shod her two fronts. He was highly recommended and he did a fab job all round, it’s maybe that I give him time to respond to see what he is going to do or suggest and then maybe if I...

Thankyou; I do tend to check feet but on occasions I have forgotten! Which I won’t do again so lesson learnt! So it won’t harm if she isn’t lame to gradually start to exercise her again In walk/trot maybe for say 20 minutes

    Endurance Riding.....Bit Options!!

I would imagine she would settle like you said. I would say the riding group is the problem and the breed of horses! Maybe slowing me down, I want to enjoy her and I don’t want a battle like you said, want to work with her and be a team

    Endurance Riding.....Bit Options!!

Thank you and good advise, I am very light in the hands when schooling etc, and don’t always need the Dutch gag, but feel until she learns to respect the bit and me when we are out on endurance rides, I felt no other choice but we have improved greatly within the last 6 months and it is worse...
