    Pictures *H&H plus* Welfare

Well said. There is also yes an awful lot of pure click bait on H&H online, absolutely this feeds revenue straight to H&H each and every time someone clicks on that stuff. Most of it is pure trash and nothing to do with H&H opinion or paid content if indeed it's even about horses. Fair enough...

    Pictures *H&H plus* Welfare

No I dont think anyone likes cruelty to animals so wants to read the welfare articles for free which would encourage subscriptions so they can read more of them. As sexy as Louboutin shoes may be that's still an outrageously whacky idea, just very confused. All of it, I think sadly for you. Tis...

    Pictures *H&H plus* Welfare

‘We all have our part to play in ending the horse crisis’ *H&H Plus* At the risk of repeating myself.......Apparently not. Only *H&H Plusers* do. I'm also all for magazines paying writers/riders experts. These articles should be either free based on advertising revenues or not as they see fit...

    Pictures *H&H plus* Welfare

Another very good point. This is like drawing blood from an already rather exhausted cash cow IMO. Physical prints are a fast dying format. What some of the posters here seem to be forgetting but which "honetpot" has already accurately pointed out is that advertising not subs both online and...

    Pictures *H&H plus* Welfare

I'm simply appalled that the majority of in-depth articles concerning horse welfare in the Horse&Hound are *H&H plus*. In other words only for paying subscribers. Surely this defeats the entire purpose of getting the welfare message out to everyone. Everyone includes everyone, even incidental...

    CDJ Eliminated??

Rather disappointing CDJ is now blaming the rug straps having caused the injury. Best option is for the FEI to ban spurs in all Equestrian disciplines. You cant get a decent piaffe out of a horse by not jabbing its sides with metal, get out of the ring. I feel Charlotte might have overstepped...

Come on all you horse lovers..........

And so it should! Signed and shared. Given the sheer magnitude of animal welfare issues in the UK until such a time as every police force in the country has an effctive and complete dedicated animal cruelty division rather than maybe one officer at best charities have to assume the role...

    Young horses

    Spurs or no spurs?

No she's also pure German. Lets see what she does first.

    Young horses

Are you sure. It wasn't mentioned in relation to breeding TBs for the track.

    Caucasian Shepherd

Its a nice dog that. Not a hint of newfie in sight, wonderful bone, not a fleshy wide dog. The coat is also super functional. This is the working strain type. Here's hoping it will never become a standardised show model "rare" breed.........

    Spurs or no spurs?

My mistake, its her extreme effort involved that led me to assume she as trying for something extended. Working trot? OK.

    Dog attacks owner 3 times

It's the Daily Mail heavens alive. Her five minutes of fame. Look at the face hair and make up! She's being paid. If those scars are genuinely from that dog Im sure anyone could get them just by handling a dog fight incorrectly. Who rightly knows or cares it's the Daily Mail.

    Spurs or no spurs?

How drearily dull and pretentious. "I do..." Are we to assume here that you're stricken with class envy? A "kartoffel" is German for potato, oh well travelled one. I did learn a few Afrikaner words on Safari at Christmas time, though. You're heading for being sued with your second remark. But...

    Spurs or no spurs?

This is obviously all going from one very flat extension posted of a horse running on its forehand with its nose strapped up way too tightly. The rider graphically not in the centre of the saddle. I suspect it's a correct deduction. If the horse was younger I would say he's not ready for an...
