I have a youngster (5-6 years old) and he has started a new trick. When we are out hacking and he gets excited, if you ask him to slow down he throws in some impressive bucks. Someone told me I should push him on through the bucks, but as I'm asking him to slow down, it feels like pushing him...

I have a small windfall coming and am hoping to use it to get mobile. My car (dacia duster) is on the small side for towing but it might just be possible with a single horse trailer. So, my question is, invest in a tow bar and new trailer or get a second hand small box instead...

My gelding decided to pooh in the middle of a dressage test recently and I made him keep going, the end result was that you could see my change of rein perfectly and there was no way the judge couldn't say I was straight as he poohed in a perfect straight line! :)
