IMO no, one cough a week wouldn't signify kennel cough. Could be the dry weather (though not last night) Have you felt the glands? Slight pressure round there will usually initiate a cough which could signify that your dog is under the weather
Palominos don't have flaxen mane & tails, they are supposed to be white, with no more than 15% black hair in mane or tail. Their bodies are supposed to look like a newly minted gold coin. If I could only attach a pic of my Sec A Palominos, I would but still being told I can't attach...

Agree with above. The cough may have the symptom of retching & a white frothy liquid (saliva) may be produced. Benolyn is pretty pretty good but obviously adjust doseage. Honey in their water is also good & if they will take honey straight from spoon, even better. Not the squeezy honey, Manuka...

Thanks BP The Fire & Ice theme I was going with originally but his red is now darkening to liver & doesn't appear to be so much of a fire colour now. He is a def two tone & unusual & I just can't think of a name to do either him or his parents, justice:rolleyes:
