At the livery yard where I work they have like key tags with the name on the horse on attached to the front buckles. Works well for us when new ruggs arrive.

Yes she is on a good diet and started feeding biotine the other day. And on cornucrescine to promote growth. Neither working but I and keeping with them for a few more months to see
She has always been like it. Just costs alot.
