Coming into winter, this is the first time Ive had an IBC water tank in the field. Am worried about it freezing in very cold weather. Would wrapping it in loft insulation and covering in waterproof tarpaulin work? How does everyone else manage?

Looking for grazing to rent as in title, for 2 possibly 3 horses. Must be well fenced and if grazing only must be allowed to erect a towable field shelter/stable.

If I lived in Worthing I would look out for Phil and make sure my horse sunk its teeth into Phil's tyres before he had time to read the Highway Code, go through red traffic lights and knock someone over on the pavement. So glad I have the morning off, never had such a good chuckle!

Well, just out of nosiness I googled "that" name in Norfolk and all I could find was angry boat owners!

Having been through umpteen sprays including making up different concoctions I read somewhere about using Dettol as a fly spray. Don't know what amounts though I assume I should dilute it. Does anyone else use this and most of all does it work?

Red Horse products are really good especially the honey heal stuff. Friend swears by them although they are quite expensive. Maybe you could give the company a call to see what they suggest?

I clipped one my horses in March when she was just starting to lose her thick winter coat, oh my goodness the hassle I had from friends who said I shouldn't do it because it would affect her summer coat. Well her summer coat is beautiful! If you need to clip then clip!
