Don't want to travel too far, how far south are you talking?

I moved to the Ingol area of Preston last July from Rossendale and until today I have been unable to find a home for my gelding Edward. I've been offered a stable at Bluebell livery yard in Fulwood and wondered if anyone had any info/opinions about the place - good or bad..... Thanks.
