I will check but I think it has to be white breeches for the championships, I have usually worn beige in the past for competing, I'm not huge (size 12-14 general clothes/jeans etc) but there is something about johds and my shape that just don't seem to.go together...

Another vote for the compositi lightweight, I am a disabled rider with mobility problems and these really help my legjoints.

I ride with the RDA and stirrups really do make a difference if you any joint or soft tissue issues. I find I can use flexible treads and the lightweight composite stirrups but not regular bog standard irons, after just minutes in regular stirrups I am in agony.
