Not really sure how yo could claim against me.when independent witnesses said it wasn't the horses fault.it was down to her negligence in turning 2 horses out together.especially as I'd previously stipulated not to.anyway I've now got my tack back.as the other liveries were complaining they...

I did query why she took 2 at a time
there was no verbal agreement regarding a months notice
the only agreement verbally we had was that she would feed and turn out

The yo is actually doing it for her son,and thats who I thought would be doing all the turning out.hence why im reluctant to pay the full month, when her son doesnt do anything to help
Any advice would be grateful
I moved my three horses to a yard 6weeks ago,on the verbal understanding the yo would fed and turn out mornings,as the yard is a good half hours drive away. The yo unfortunately was kicked by one of my horses when she was taking 2 of them out together (despite me...
There is a yard in Merstham just down the road from Chaldon (i live in Chaldon so i know) that does either assisted diy or part livery, prices are 320 for assisted or part for i think 390 unfortunately no grass livery
There is a livery yard that does either assisted diy or part based in Merstham Redhill. From Reigate its a couple of miles so a bit far too walk, but you can get a bus from Redhill straight there
Couldnt agree more with the frisky mares stuff,i have put her on the frisky mares plus and she is quite frankly a different horse she is even nice in her stable now, where as before she was moody and very stroppy. I dont really believe in supplements etc but hey it works so who am i to complain
Im in surrey and pay £290 a month and that includes turn out/bring in,rug change, all feed, sand school, but I muck out and supply bedding(which i buy in bulk)so works out at £4.20 for a bag of shavings. Most of the time im there to bring in anyway.
