I think 10 per cent is a bit steep - 5 per cent should be adequate but what people pay is linked to where they are in the uk - the south is renowned for being expensive - its much cheaper in the midlands and up north
the coronet band is the weakest point so infection will break out there - usually foot injuries if not found will travel up and break out of the coronet band - it needs more poulticing - the old method was a hessian sack with a hot bran poultice to draw the infection out
