Absolutely nothing! The trainer was so busy shouting and being rude I couldn't concentrate. They critised everything so much I gave up trying to please them. There are too many other trainers out there who do know how to teach and coach and help you learn & improve. Why pay to be insulted?

Yes it is a nightmare. I had issues with a saddle made to measure for my horse by nathanial. It was totally crooked not just on my horse but on other horses with other riders. Nathanial wouldn't have do anything about it. Society of Master Saddlers wouldn't help me at all....no-one wants to rock...

The NEW greenguard muzzle is the best. I've tried several including the shires/roma one and the older style Greenguard one too. Mine go out for 12hrs in them. This may be more than recommended but if fitted correctly they don't rub plus its better than keeping them in a stable to stop them...

i agree with cambridgeparamour. And yes you can be progress back to working trot. I would go for quality of movement over quantity. So maybe show less but get it right rather than trying to medium work the full length between the markers and pushing the horse too far as to lose balance.
