    Calmer for very nappy horse for hacking.

    Hi, I am bumping this up for you as I too have a horse that gets anxious hacking alone and can be over the top spooky and will lose confidence and nap at times. Never been a fan of calmers as didn't believe but now I have a problem I would try anything if it would help.

    Thank you everyone for replying with such helpful info. Like you Super Ted I also am a larger rider with a big horse,so it sounds as though the suzannah might suit my frame too. It is interesting what you said about the tree shape being possibly banana shaped as this wouldn't suit some horses...

    What a shock for you but I'm sure you'll get him right soon enough now he is back home. Is he a bit of a worrier?
