Not had Native Pony Saddle but had two reactor panels from the same people and they are lovely and very experienced, would highly recommend them as saddle fitters!

Everybody knows I love mine... I'm only selling mine because I sold my horse - honestly the most comfortable saddle I have ever ridden in, and once you really think about the concept it's difficult to ever want to ride in a conventional saddle again! I'll stop going on about them now

Do you mean getting them to come out and see you? I have two saddles and the service has always been good, although there was only one fitter in Britain so no wonder he found it hard to fit everyone in! Sold my horse now so haven't had to deal with them for a while but am hopefully going to sell...
