Hi I signed up to this forum to get advice and opinion from people who might be in the similar situation in the past, and if you read my pervious replies where I’ve explained that I haven’t got a huge experience in running LY you will understand why. I had a great support and help here.

To the all previous comments re- solisitor, sorry but i dont believe in them and never will. I Have been experienced dealing with them in the past. All they want is ur money, they dont give a monkeys about ur case, emotions of ur financial situation. I have represented myself in court before...

Why? Becouse "I have duty of care" and i want to cover my back-this is why. why should i pay for this rubbish solis. baillifs etc? i have not got a sparie cash. i will get rid of the horses and then she can take me to the court if she can prove im in the wrong.

Thank you, I thinks you are right. Like I said earlier I have had a chat with sol today and they have told me exactly the same, I cannot sell them, the horses still are her property. Selling them will be equivalent to steal them. Im screwed, I want them out of my property
