I have a very high risk of retinal detachment and had cataract surgery in May this year. The surgeon told me to basically recline on the sofa for four weeks. He then checked me over and discharged me. I started riding again then but avoided any lifting for another four weeks. And so far, so good.

I'm still using June 22 hay as it's better than the September 23 stuff.
