    I follow a specific nutritional plan that just involves eating clean whole foods, it really is so simple and I feel great.     Dont forget the rider fitness aswell! :) I use specific leg exercises and core exercises that stabilise the spine which is helping to keep my back strong and safe in the saddle. The fitness dramatically helps the horse particularly when tired!
