Did she get vaccinated lately? The other day my dog got vaccinated and a week later or so she had a quite big swelling. My doctor then told me that it could be due to the vaccination, so I waited some more days and was relieved that the swelling disappeared.

How about Ruby or Olivia? Good luck with finding the right name - that's always such a hard decision! :-D
