So good to read this thread! My Daughter’s pony is being a complete numpty at the moment and I’m thinking it’s the spring grass. Just when you think everything is going fine, another problem arises!! Keep smiling everyon!

Just for my own sanity, has anyone else experienced sudden bad behaviour from their child’s pony this week? I’m putting it down to the spring grass that our 11 year old has suddenly turned into a demon (pony not child!) any advice? Many thanks x

Thank you for your reply. He’s on chaff, comprehensive balancer and speedi-beet twice daily. At the moment he’s being ridden 3 times a week, not ideal but it’s winter!!

Nasicus thank you for your reply. At the moment he’s out from 7am to 4.30pm. Admittedly there’s not much grass but he has hay and has ad-lib in stable at night.
