hi - I've got a 5 year old mare who is very sane but can lack confidence hacking out on her own. Have a foot soldier on hand but means we can really only walk!!:Ds. Any tips for getting her to feel comfortable when on her own?

Hi there - first ever post so here goes! I have a 5 year old mare who I've had for 5 months. Am having weekly lessons with her but would like someone who is good with young horses to help me school her. Any recommendations? Horse is kept in Harpenden, Herts - thanks!:)
