Both gorgeous dogs in their own right - why mix? It'll be a dog that loves people, and is aloof and standoffish all at the same time. That is a useless guard dog, but sometimes a very good one. Great in harness, but only when working as a single dog. And a big floofy beast, but also tiny, fast...

How did you get on at the vets?

Ours get an hour or two every morning, and then spend the rest of the day going loony in the garden, and they get worked 3 to 4 times a week, with training sessions in between to keep them mentally active.
