just a quick suggestion - put the ring for the haynet lower down as she is using the wrong muscles in her neck to eat hay. so any work that you are doing will become undone. :)
i just take out poo and only remove wet if it raises to the surface and then i only take the top off and leave the underneath and cover with old shavings and/or woodpellets.

in this weather i put the majority of the hay in the net and a chunk of hay on the floor. then they can get a nice amount easily and quickly to start with then my pony eats much more contentedly from the net as she has a wad of hay in her belly.
