I haven't but it looks alright. I would imagine the Puissance night would be the best in those seats.

Can anyone recommend any livery yards in Stockport?

Would like somewhere that has 24/7 turnout in the summer. Winter not too bothered. An arena. Also would be great if anyone knows of any close to Dean Valley. I really like the look of it there with all the facilities and competitions on but they do not have 24/7 turnout. Only bothered about...

Aarrggghhh, horse buying...why is it so hard...?!

I feel your pain I could not do it if I ever was after another one. Had my boy 5 years now and tbh I wasn't even looking for a horse when I saw him advertised. I am guilty for doing a bit of window shopping online mind you. He was the first I looked at and that was it. Always imagined a heavy...

Letting go of the dream horse?

I am a true believer go with your gut instinct. I had a break from horses for a few years and then was just window shopping saw mine advertised and thought i need to go see him. He was nothing like what I wanted in my head but I knew he was not going to do anything stupid. Wanted a big...

For Me I need an arena so will always want to make sure there is one on site. For where we are it is no good one down the lane or anything due to the amount of snow we can get. I can clear a bit on the yard to get to arena to give horse a stretch of legs, but clearing lanes that dont...

I am going to have a look at a bridle that makes it easier for him so he doesn't need to worry. Anything to make life easier for him. Yes his other eye is fine thankfully, I am better today I just did not expect to have him losing vision in his eye. Even the vet said its uncommon in horses this...

    Headshy Horse

I guess you are right. Thankfully it is not a growth as such. They are going to ring me once has spoken to the vets where he would go regarding the operation and whether it would be worth it for him and make any difference. Thankfully it is one eye and he will adapt just back to basics getting...

    Headshy Horse

thank you guys, I am sure can help him adapt and get him back to his usual self. I was hoping a tooth tbh but can deal with this. They did ask was I insured which I am as there could be an operation to help. But I said I dont want to go down that route unless it makes enough of a difference for...

    Headshy Horse

Well vet has been, he is losing sight in one of his eyes. I had a feeling as I could see it wasnt quite right but with him being even more headshy than usual I could not get near plus I am not a vet. A bit gutted for him given he is only 12 years old :(

    Headshy Horse

Tell me about it I wish I knew. It is as the headcollar comes up to the side of his face on the right that he worries And steps back.
