Really mixed around our area which is pretty rural. Having ridden out twice today on the same route today, the cars were much better when I was accompanied by a child on a pony.
I think Hi-Viz helps a bit, but a child accompanying me was definately a help. Horse on its own (which is far...
Well done - well sat to you and your friend. What an amazing yard to have a tradition like that. I so want to be at your yard!! (Would need to work on my bravery 1st though)
Hi viz gillet has pockets. I would consider retro bum bag. I did have a pouch strapped to my arm, but I had a freak incident where I got it caught on a branch and got tangled. Ouch.
Hello. I am facebook friends with a donkey sanctuary in Crete. I notice that they have tried to rescue a mare, foal and stallion (horses). I don't think the stallion is with them fortunately.
The mare is not the mother of the foal and has no milk. They think the foal is 2 months old. I was...
I'm not a fan. I've tried a couple of types but I find they don't have much give and the "gusset" works its way down. I have a largeish bum and am tall so perhaps its me.

Now the ones that don't make it and don't make it in riding homes ....... thats another sad...
Yes, with vet's advice too. I think you need to find out what problem the horse has. For an arthritic horse the pain killer and anti inflamitory will help. Working them to a suitable level is then fine in my opinion.
I would use Danilon.
My two are great, both rescues. Greyhound is a lovely lazy chap, sleeps a lot and has an amazing temper\ment. I would recommend them to anyone.
Mad 1 eyed terrier is good too. Terrier was in kennels at least 2 years, being sent back a few times. He's never been a big problem for us and never...
I definately agree that you must speak to YO. I would avoid any further texts.
I would be surprised if haylage in the field helped that much, as the gate hogger will still be keen to come in. I would suggest the agressive horse coming in early for the haylage in its stable (that way you also...
