Does anyone know which bit is best for a horse that naps?? He can be quite strong and his napping recently has been a problem.

I broke my pelvis in two places whilst cantering last christmas. Its almost better now but my doc has advised not to ride as my pelvis wont be as strong as it use to be. Im really upset by this, what would you do??
