Has anyone seen or had a pony whose muzzle/lips have changed colour. My friends pony is 16 yrs old chestnut and its lips have changed from black to pink i have never seen this. What is it?

hi I use equidermis plus from Feedmark. My young mare had sweetitch the last 2 years and someone recommended me to try it and shes been on it for over a month now and the midges are not bothering her. She normally wears a sweetitch rug by now and she is still rug free and a full mane. :)
