That's too much weight for a horse of that size. My chunky-ish 15.2hh with a fair amount of bone comes in at 575kg on the weigh-bridge...

Rider clothing inc helmet, boots, jacket etc plus all horse tack adds 2.5 stone to unclothed rider weight.
