What happened to "the customer is always right"?! According to Jessc everyone but her is wrong!

I think she is aware of the pony but not sure about the dog - a very sad and tragic accident :(

The owner is doing well all things considered, being very well looked after in the QE hospital, looking forward to getting out and seeing her ponies very soon.:)

Further update on 2 surviving ponies, I collected them this afternoon from the transporters who had done a fantastic job in collecting and caring for them. They are staying with us (as friends of the family) until they are fit enough to travel home. Both loaded well and travelled quietly and...
