    Horse eating his droppings

    mare suddenly become head shy - suspected fracture or tumour?

    aural plaque is another cause of probs... not sure if it can come on so quickly, but if there is white scale in her ear that is another possible cause of problem. we have a mare in this situation. we cant put a bridle on her without taking it appart... another possibility!

    opinions please!

    hi maybe investigate the prison that breeds (or used to breed?) suffolk punches. It's hollesley bay (search for suffolk punch trust). they use the horses to rehabilitate prisoners. Clearly these horses are not a luxury item for the wealthy!

    How much do you pay for LARGE flake shavings and what make are they

    we buy in big bulk, 12 pallets of 48. they were £8.50 per bale in october time and we have just re-ordered at a cost of £7.00 per bale. They were all Bedmax. And they're awful! everyone on the yard hates them!
