if you feed them in the morning, make it v early & then give them a good run before leaving - that way they should have less need to go out whilst locked in.

My sympathies, I suffer too.
I'm fine until the last 30 minutes - then can barely talk in the warmup stage. My first jump is always cr*p, but then the training takes over and we start motoring!
I've never changed, so my advice is don't worry about being nervous, its normal!
