i took it to mean that the current owners wanted to vet the new perspective owners facilities.
Either way they can vet all they like it doesnt mean the horse has any more chance of a secure future.
I would wish that everything would stay the same as it is now.

My old horse is field sound on no medication at the moment, however he will need bute to get through the winter...

I really cant believe this but all my rugs bar one are off to the cleaners.
i sold off all my extras at the beggining of winter and got down to four rugs, three of which are at the cleaners. i will repair and reproof them on return..and be sorted ready for winter.

Mine too, had him in for 2 days at the weekend as he was a bit off colour, all wrapped up in hardly used stable ruglooking nice and shiny and clean. He let me know in no uncertain terms by the end of the first day he was feeling better and not up for another night in prison!
No tips although my own horse is 16.2 .ive never ridden anything much smaller but i do know i could never cope with the smaller strides of a pony! Im watching with interest though because i have fallen for a clydesdale and want to see if anyone feels a bit worried about getting on or off...
