I have bred a stunning foal out of Don Deluxe with a St P hanovarian mare. I had planned to register the foal hanovarian however I understand she cannot be graded without a brand. I am not a fan of branding and so need to reassess and I do want her graded.
Any advice would be gratefully...
Just re read my post and chuckled!! Obviously she's rubbing off her hair not her hairbrush!! A brow band fly veil and a normal mask!!! 😂😂😂
I've been advised that fly masks pose a risk for foals getting caught in them, bit my poor mare hates the flies and now has weepy eyes and is rubbing off all her hairbrush does anyone have any tips? I have Noof oil (non toxic) which I apply but I had wondered if a leather head collar with the...

She is a touch on the small side (16hh and I am 5'9) so would like a bit more height ideally and she has not got great feet (they are tiny)
Bearing in mind she is retiring at 11 then a stallion that produces laid back offspring and has had a long career is what I'm after!! I would like to take...
Hi all, this is my first time on this board but wanted to post and see if anyone has any pearls of wisdom to the above. I have decided to put my lovely mare, who is being retired early due to injury, into foal. She is a state premium Hanoverian by Bellisimmo, Dam sure is Weltmeyer. I am breeding...
