    This site has some excellent advice and a freephone number to actually speak to someone that knows what they are talking about! www.agrigem.co.uk I'm now using Broadshot mixed with an oil stuff (not the technical name!!) and have seen remarkable results over the last year!

    Can someone tell me about fertilised fields

    I spoke to really nice chap called Kieran at Agrigem who advised that using one 25kg bag of 20-10-10 NPK is ideal for maintaining a grazing paddock for horses, no risk of laminitis at those rates and worked out much cheaper than using Suregrow!!! Not sure if I can put the website address on...

    Fertiliser for field

    Using well rotted muck is a great fertiliser, but the trouble is, you never know what is in it unless you have it tested beforehand! I tend to always get rid of my muck via a local farmer and then he puts 1-2 25kg bags of 20-10-10 on per acre and it seems to do the trick! And I didn't pay that...

    I was advised by a company called Agrigem to chain harrow, roll then fertilise with 1-2 bags of 20-10-10 per acre and my paddocks have never looked so good! And the supplied the fertiliser at exceptionally good prices!
