Sadly Belmoredean is closing for hire for anything, hence dressage going. Such a nice dressage venue as well , very sad .

Just been on the Belmoredean FB page and DMG are no longer running dressage at Belmoredean. So sad, yet another venue gone 😢

Sadly I remember all of these. Frisk wormer granules were bright blue as were the bottles of colic drench.

Thibendazole wormer masquerading as pony nuts that nothing would eat.

I remember Equizole wormer they were like pony nuts and came in a tub.

OK, showing my age here 🤣 - all of the following were part of my childhood - quartering, thatching under a string vest sweat rug...

Along with making a straw wisp, a bygone skill, haven't tried either!

In the very olden days ( older than me even!) houses used to have straw laid on the floor and would put a piece of wood in the doorway...

I still say blacksmith quite often but Im old 🤣
